We’re a modern and approachable accountancy practice helping individuals and businesses make sense of their numbers – and now we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Practice Administrator to keep our office running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming clients and being their first point of contact (phone, email, in person)
• Booking meetings, managing diaries, and keeping everything running smoothly
• Preparing letters, forms, and client documents with precision
• Maintaining accurate client records in line with GDPR
• Assisting with HMRC and Companies House submissions
• Supporting our accountants so they can focus on client work
• General office duties – from ordering supplies to keeping things organised

What We’re Looking For

• Previous admin experience (bonus points if in accountancy, legal, or professional services)
• A natural organiser who loves ticking things off the to-do list
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Professional, friendly, and able to handle confidential information with care
